Terms & Conditions

1. Services

I AM Trucking LLC provides full truckload dry van, refrigerated and frozen freight transportation services throughout the continental United States. Each load is hauled on its own truck and trailer and is never combined with other freight.

2. Quotes

Quotes are provided based on the details you give us — pickup and delivery locations, commodity, weight, trailer type and timing. Final pricing may be adjusted for changes to the load, transit requirements, or conditions discovered at pickup that were not disclosed at quote time.

3. Freight handling

Temperature-sensitive freight is hauled in temperature-controlled trailers set to the requirements provided by the shipper. It is your responsibility to provide accurate temperature requirements and to ensure freight is properly prepared for transport.

4. Liability

I AM Trucking LLC handles freight with care and carries the required insurance coverage. Claims are handled in accordance with applicable federal regulations governing motor carriers. Contact us promptly with any concern about a shipment.
